Scholarship
My work as a vernacular anthropologist is focused on decoding the hidden architecture of power, culture, and identity. This space serves as a living archive of that inquiry. Here you will find my public scholarship, digital projects, and academic research as they develop.

01
The Bargain Bin is my regular column where I apply my theoretical frameworks to the world around us. From analyzing a new hip-hop album through the lens of the Faustian Bargain to dissecting a political headline through the Sacrificial Bargain, these essays are my real-time analysis of the bargains we are forced to make.

Digital Humanities Projects
My digital humanities work transforms theoretical concepts into interactive, public-facing scholarship. These projects use spatial analysis, text mining, and digital storytelling to make the invisible architecture of power visible and accessible beyond the academy.
